Ready by morning

How to make it

01
Pour into a jar

One pouch, one jar. Any jar or bowl with a lid works - don't overthink it.

02
Add milk & stir

180-200 ml of your milk of choice.

03
Soak overnight & enjoy

In the fridge overnight - or at least 2 hours if you can't wait.

Too thick? Just add extra milk (or water) until you get the right consistency for your taste.

Good to know

Before you soak it

Tear open a pouch and pour the content into any airtight container or mason jar.

Add 180–200ml milk of your choice and stir well.

Pop it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy!

Tip: You can always add a splash of milk or water in the morning if you find it too dense.

You sure can. Hit "Build your own pack" to mix any of our five flavours across a 10 or 20 serve box.

Any airtight container works - mason jar, tupperware - don't overthink it. No special gear required. Just keep it in the fridge.

Store it airtight in the fridge and it'll keep 3 - 5 days. It'll soften a little the longer it sits, so day one or two is the sweet spot.

Sure - overnight oats are meant to be eaten chilled, but if you prefer your oats warm, simply pop them in a microwave-safe bowl or container and heat them up for approximately 30 seconds.

Because most breakfasts don't have enough of it. A 30g start keeps you fuller for longer, steadies your energy, and cuts down on the 10am snack spiral. It's not just a gym thing - it's a busy-human thing.

Protein gets all the attention, but fibre's just as important - for gut health, staying full, and how your body handles everything else you eat that day. We didn't want to build a protein bar in oat form. We built breakfast that actually works on every front.

For breakfast, yes - most people are lucky to get 10-15g. 30g is more than four eggs, and you don't have to cook it, clean up after it, or think about it in the morning. And let's be honest, it's way tastier than a protein shake.

The pouch reseals, so half now and half tomorrow works just as well as one full serve - no waste, no rush to finish it, and perfect if you're looking for a solid snack instead of breakfast.

I love having these for breakfast, it’s exciting to wake up knowing I have OviOats in the fridge to look forward to.

I've been having Ovi almost everyday for breakfast for the last month. I'm no longer hungry before lunch and wake up looking forward to breakfast, rather than having to make an unhealthy choice when I don't have much time. A total convert.

As someone who typically skips breakfast for a coffee, I think I'll be dropping that habit very quickly. Easy to prep and tastes great

The versatile workhorse of the lineup! There’s enough flavour here that it’s never boring but never overly sweet. Delicious on its own or I can mix it up with whatever I’m craving that morning (peanut butter, strawberries) and I’m fueled for the day! Love having this to reach for as an easy, no-brainer breakfast.

All of the OviOats flavours are delicious but Cinnamon Bun is my absolute favourite! The real taste of a cinnamon bun without being overly sweet and with none of the synthetic flavour you can get from some proteins and sweeteners. Such an easy and enjoyable breakfast, I could happily reach for Monday-Friday!

Delicious! Tastes exactly like a blueberry muffin in a bowl, only so much better for me!

Frickin delicious!!!! Just can’t believe the protein & fibre in this without that yucky protein/fake sugar taste a lot of health products have. Crazy convenient too, unbelievable.

This one is going to be the best seller, I would bet my house on it. Overnight oats have no business tasting this good. It is not appropriate to eat a tiramisu for breakfast, but this is pretty damn close to it. If you added some vanilla yoghurt, and a dusting of cocoa to the top, it will be as close to the real thing as you'll get.

A cinnamon bun alright. A nice wintery flavour. Not too sweet.

It is hard to pick a number 1 flavour, but I think this may be it for me. You can really taste the coconut, and the chocolate is properly chocolate. Not a pale dusting of cocoa. I add vanilla yoghurt and cacao nibs to the top and eat half for breakfast, and the other half for morning tea. It really does do what it says in keeping you full for longer. I was always snacky for sweet things mid morning, but this itches that sweet scratch perfectly.

This has proper chunks of blueberry and a genuine maple flavour. I am happy to have a sweet but healthy breakfast option that doesn't require assembling.

So, so much better than I was expecting. I purchased the mixed pack and vanilla was the flavour I was expecting to like the least, but it proved me very wrong. Like a vanilla cake, but healthier and full of the protein and fibre I have been lacking in the AM.
