Ready by morning

How to make it

01
Pour into a jar

One pouch, one jar. Any jar with a lid works - don't overthink it.

02
Add the milk & stir

180-200 ml of your milk of choice.

03
Soak overnight & enjoy

In the fridge overnight - or at least 2 hours if you can't wait.

Too thick? Just add extra milk (or water) until you get the right consistency for your taste.

Good to know

Before you soak it

Yes. Real freeze-dried blueberries and blueberry powder - not just flavouring standing in for the real thing.

Tear open a pouch and pour the content into any airtight container or mason jar.

Add 180–200ml milk of your choice and stir well.

Pop it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy!

Tip: You can always add a splash of milk or water in the morning if you find it too dense.

You sure can. Hit "Build your own pack" to mix any of our five flavours across a 10 or 20 serve box.

Any airtight container works - mason jar, tupperware - don't overthink it. No special gear required. Just keep it in the fridge.

Store it airtight in the fridge and it'll keep 3 - 5 days. It'll soften a little the longer it sits, so day one or two is the sweet spot.

Because most breakfasts don't have enough of it. A 28g start keeps you fuller for longer, steadies your energy, and cuts down on the 10am snack spiral. It's not just a gym thing - it's a busy-human thing.

Protein gets all the attention, but fibre's just as important - for gut health, staying full, and how your body handles everything else you eat that day. We didn't want to build a protein bar in oat form. We built breakfast that actually works on every front.

For breakfast, yes - most people are lucky to get 10-15g. 28g is more than four eggs, and you don't have to cook it, clean up after it, or think about it in the morning. And let's be honest, it's way tastier than a protein shake.

The pouch reseals, so half now and half tomorrow works just as well as one full serve - no waste, no rush to finish it, and perfect if you're looking for a solid snack instead of breakfast.
